Jared Lokman is a Realtor with a strong background in international business, market analysis, and client-focused operations. He holds a Master’s degree in Chinese Economic and Political Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, and bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Psychology.
Before entering real estate, Jared built hands-on experience in international trade, logistics, and business analysis, working closely with clients and partners across Asia, Europe, and the United States. This background enables him to approach real estate transactions with a data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of complex processes and negotiations.
Jared also brings entrepreneurial experience as a former business co-founder and operations manager, where he oversaw budgeting, vendor coordination, team management, and customer experience. These skills translate directly into real estate, where organization, accountability, and execution are critical to successful outcomes.
Fluent in Chinese, English, Turkish, and Uyghur, Jared works comfortably with multicultural and international clients, helping buyers and sellers navigate the U.S. real estate market with clarity and confidence. Based in San Diego, he lives with his family and is a father of two, giving him a personal understanding of the priorities and decisions that matter most when choosing a place to call home.
